With us, you will:

Maintain the lifecycle of procurement in the company - evaluate the supplier, meet and talk face to face with vendors to learn more about their products and services, ensure that your evaluation is always correct and comprehensive;
Put up with and maybe even love the routine and required paperwork, maintain and review records, collaborate with Finance, Operations and Warehouse to ensure the proper purchases in time;

Always be in a constant learning process, as it is mandatory to be up to date with the latest products and suppliers, conditions of the market, and emerging trends;
Follow up the partner status and certificates of suppliers, check constantly their promotional programs in order to get bonuses and rebates;
Analyze the price proposals of suppliers and the financial reports of the company, before negotiating the best price;
Negotiate as God to close great deals in the behalf of the company;
Collaborate with the suppliers in order to come up with convenient policies that will determine details concerning the shipment of products and other details that will keep the workflow steady;
Once a contract is signed, keep an eye on it to make sure that the vendors will respect their part of the contract. And, when needed, make the required adjustments to the existent contracts.
Constantly be aware of the items that have been purchased, have up-to-date inventories, plus detailed information about a product’s price, performance, and delivery;

Why You?

You have minimum 2 years of proven experience in procurement (preferably IT hardware);
Your communication level in English is at least on C2;
You have patience and passion to your work;
