• Conduct consumer and market research, identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market and design a research-based content strategy;
• Create content, actively post and manage it across all platforms to motivate the target audience to “take action”;
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities and devise innovative growth strategies;
• Establish and maintain brand budgets;
• Measure and report performance, and assess ROI and KPIs;
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions;
• Constantly work on building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability to increase product sales and market share;
• Organize events and campaigns, find and manage marketing related contractors if needed;

WHY YOU?
• You have Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field;
• Your background is 1-2 years of proven experience in marketing management, content creation, content management, branding;
• You are able to work cross-functionally;
• If you have some experience in IT would be a great plus;
• Your knowledge of English and Russian Languages is at least on C1/C2 level;
